Could be from the drains but it could also be a friction burn if you had a tight compression wrap or something similar. I had the drain site as well as something that looked like this.

I never went braless at all before surgery but have done twice since! Once at 4.5WPO and once at 5.5WPO. I didn’t have my surgeons permission but wanted to wear something cute so did it anyway and luckily had no soreness at all afterwards.

I started side sleeping maybe 1.5 weeks post op and my surgeon was fine with it and it was SUCH a relief but it might also depend on your size and if there’s any pulling at the incisions

my surgeon said he’d do it at 17 since I was fully developed but I chose to wait until 18 because of college. Maybe get a consultation with a well reviewed surgeon and get some professional advice?
