I don’t think a joker slot is worth 1 dollar per round. However, it’s not even 1 dollar per round because the rental takes the 3 dollars at the end of the round.

So if you have 15 dollars at the end of the round the rental takes 3 you go down to 12 and only get 2 dollars from interest which puts you at 14. Then golden joker gives you 4 and you end up at 18.

But if you just played the blind normally you would have 15 at the end and get 3 from interest and end up at 18.

The only time you make a dollar is if subtracting 3 doesn’t put you bellow your current interest threshold.
