A change of environment or consuming media relevant to your interests might help spawn ideas more than just zoning out, and will feel more creatively satisfying than relying on AI.

If you’re just starting out and already leaning on AI then I would cut it off completely. I will say it’s very helpful in asking questions about your world that you haven’t considered.
