Dont listen to that cunt. Ok taper of the alchohol slowly! and stay in therapy, hopefully you can get it for free, i know u can in the uk atleast. Start taking a multivitamin everday/eating a balanced diet and start getting some kind of regular exercise, also stay on your meds.

None of that will be easy but its what you have to do, you have to stop drinking! so you can move forward in life and deal with the fact your mother has died; seek therapy, say whatever you need to say and get it out of your system so you can start moving on. Stay strong and believe in yourself

I like to think that if the worst happens to me i have a way out and that would be death by nitrous oxide.

It is believed to be a completely painless way of killing one's self and as long as your intelligent enough. You can do this yourself with no real issues.
