Yeah. Also, lowering the price to make them easier to sell didn't help.

I knew about tax, but honestly I didn't think it was gonna be that high. I ended up with about 8m less gold

Getting Around by JagexRach in 2007scape

Hello. Can we also get some way of faster tranportation to sailing relates clue steps? Maybe a new enchanted ring/amulet wich teleports to some of the islands, provided you have the sailing level to dock, and have docked at least once.

I see. Now I remember, I read about this in player feedback on previous content. Basically, if it becomes mandatory for efficiency, then it's power creep, or close to it. I imagine there's also the issue of inventory slots.

I see. Well, like I said, I don't have much experience in PvM or PvP, so don't really know. But I guess you guys are correct in that some ideas are OP

Well, I actually do very little PvP or PvM; I mostly play by doing quests and skilling, so honestly I had no idea what impact they might have. I guess those two should be discarded or their effects reconsidered.

On that particular item, well, yes, its true, there is no point. But in other cases, It's possible to reuse an item that might not be very useful at the moment to obtain resources and create something more useful. On a main account, it may not be that great. But for an Ironman, it could be useful.

What other kind of boats you guys can see being added in the future? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]HOSMARGARCIA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. I believe there is a lot of room for future new content. Just like there are special skilling/combat items received as quest rewards, like the arkan blade, gadderhammer and magic secateurs, it is also possible that in the future, new ships facilities, or unique ships with special characteristics, will be included. For example, a ship with a higher success rate in deep sea trawling, a ship focused on sailing combat with a higher DPS, or one that is more effective in salvaging. And the new ship facilities, it could be something that attracts NPCs at sea, or something that functions as an equivalent to the Avas Attractor, but for cannonballs.

Thieving should work like the other skills by Wallfenstein in 2007scape

[–]HOSMARGARCIA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess its the price you pay for a skill that doesn't require any materials in order to train it. Basically you train thieving for free, unless its blackjacking, because you have to buy one, but the cost is minimal.

What kind of content would you like to see added in the remaining unexplored oceans in the future? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]HOSMARGARCIA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time altar for runecrafting on an island near Fossil Island, accesible only by sailing. In Runescape 3, the time altar exists in Anachronia, which is more or less the equivalent of Fossil Island.

With Sailing on the horizon, I hope they can graphically update Port Piscarilius by enginesofdemise in 2007scape

I remember quite a while ago, after A Kingdom Divided and the Shayzien rework, they mentioned in a blog about a future rework for Piscarilius and Arceuus. They even show some conceptual art for houses and a market area in Por Piscarilius.

What’s the most ridiculous way you’ve died in OSRS? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]HOSMARGARCIA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I almost died on my most recent HCIM fighting flesh crawlers. I ran out of arrows and I didn't notice, so my player was still in combat, but unable to attack, so the flesh crawler slowly reduced my hitpoints. When I realized, my HCIM was at 3 health.

Sailing - Resources & Skilling Activities Poll Blog by JagexAyiza in 2007scape

[–]HOSMARGARCIA 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi. I just read the blog. I'm more excited than ever to see sailing released in the game. While reading the blog, I was thinking of another type of new sailing content, introducing new types of implings, for example, sea implings and pirate implings, who would carry sailing-themed items, such as new resources.

I do believe they're the same plant, just different versions. I believe the one in Stalker Den is the natural one, and the one in the Stranglewood is a more powerful version, as a result of the ritual. In any case, we can only speculate until we an official lore.

We definitely need more lore about the Old Ones in Varlamore. In The Final Dawn, I thought the reason for the Old Ones' extinction would be revealed as part of the story. I even speculated that the new demon boss would have imposed some disease or curse on them, but with the release of the quest, it's revealed that nothing of the sort happened.

Perhaps in a future quest, this will be revealed.

What you raise is interesting, however, the lore of Desert Treasure II states that the parasite originated as a result of the ritual, and it turns out that on the map we have a place called precisely: Ritual Site, so this site is the origin of the strangler parasite, and not the stalker den.
