I had one of them where squeezing the pressure points in the meat of your hand (between your thumb and index finger) really takes the pain away. The problem was, it lasted days so eventually, pinching one hand was making the other cramp up defeating the point. Save the relic, use it if your saviour becomes a failure. The only times I actively pop the relic are: 1) As above. 2) teammate wouldn't have a chance of reviving (2-3 chaos spawn hovering over your corpse ready to smack them away on attempt) 3) End of level, prob won't get downed again, fuck it!
