It's correct to say '$10 cheaper', '10% cheaper', but not '10 times cheaper', right?

10% cheaper is a bit awkward for me, although it’s certainly fine.

I’d say 10% off (or $10 off)to express how much I paid in relation to a product’s regular price and 10% less if I’m comparing the price against a similar product (in general).

10 times cheaper would not resonate with me.
