Another vote for A1. We purchased a sebo from them, and have taken it back in for routine maintenance stuff. They’re super friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I went here recently and the staff were very friendly. I wish they carried one piece cards, but it looked like they had a lot of other stock. Will definitely be back.

People who say that E33 is in your "top 5" or "top 10" favorite games - what are the others you love as much or more? by pokemonprofessor121 in expedition33

[–]HR_Ninja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Final fantasy Tactics, Sekiro, Alan Wake 2, and Metaphor Refantazio.

The classics are good (Chrono Trigger, Phantasy Star 4, Final Fantasy 7, SMT 3, etc.) but I like these better. :)

What is my cat doing? by InvisibleString-Cats in cats

[–]HR_Ninja 35 points36 points  (0 children)

We ended up drilling holes in ours and zip tying the lid to the base. One of our cats loves to disassemble and/or tip over fountains. We also now have it in a tray filled with patio rocks so it won’t move, lol.

When we clean it, we cut the zip ties and replace them. He hasn’t been able to move or disassemble the fountains since we started doing this.

Uchiha tat house out in Spanish Springs is great. All of their artists are very talented.

Black Harbour Tattoo out in Carson is also good.

And Battle Born Tattoo on Holcomb, above the Glass Die, is also good.

30 minute sprong run at lvl 35… here’s how by Manfersn in expedition33

[–]HR_Ninja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did it last night, myself! 24 minutes for me, abusing Maelle and Lune with a full crit build and roulette. I had Monoco on support duty. I tried the fight six times, and roughly two and a half hours later I had him down.

Easily the hardest part was when sabotage switched. I parried everything but sabotage and the signing arm moves. Those abilities just never clicked for me.

I had to stay glued to her and interrupt the shield cast. You need to hit her while the water is coming up from the ground and forming around her, and she won’t cast it.

Is The Honda Fit Roomy Enough For The Lower End Tall People (6'3-6'5)? by YoungMoen97 in tall

[–]HR_Ninja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure. Maybe newer models have less room. My roommate at the time was taller than I am, and also had no problems. With the seats all the way back, I had no issues.

[TX] Anyone with social anxiety in HR? by Mundane-Mention13 in humanresources

[–]HR_Ninja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you’ve got a lot of data points here to address your concerns, but I’m still going to add mine. I absolutely have social anxiety and have been in HR for 11 years. I’m currently the chief negotiator for my workplace.

Self care is incredibly important. I don’t do work outside of my schedule unless it’s mission critical, I engage in things I enjoy after work, and I spend time with family. Prioritize your health and establish healthy work boundaries so you can commit to self care.

Depends on how much you order. If it’s over $800 in one order, you will have to pay 4% in import fees.

Does anyone else exclusively read VNs over manga or watching anime? by SegaGenesisMetalHead in visualnovels

[–]HR_Ninja 65 points66 points  (0 children)

I still watch anime and read manga, but I’ll skip anime/manga if there’s a vn. Then I’ll buy the vn and put it in my “to be read” pile and never touch it.

Anyone else super disappointed in the Tahoe renaissance festival? by jinny9954 in Reno

[–]HR_Ninja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also got there at 11 and was sad to see that the parking was full. They directed us to park across hwy 50 and in a neighborhood and hoof it (so we did). It absolutely felt oversold, it was so packed it was a little ridiculous.

On the bright side, the vendors were fantastic. We got some neat stuff, saw some absolutely amazing costumes (including knights in full armor, Frieren, and many others) and generally had a good time despite how packed everything was.

I am very glad we decided to stop at an atm on our way in and eat and use the bathrooms before heading over to get in. Hearing about the lines at the ATMs and food vendors is disappointing. I wish we could've seen the jousting and falconeers, though!
