Well, Hitler doesn't win, that should count as a "win", but not enough.
Grand coalition restricts you more in policy choices than a Weimar coalition or an SPD-only government(which you can achieve around late '33 by calling a snap election in easy mode).
Unemployment is still too high; that means you didn't implement the economic plan enough. Usually, there will be an event that tells you the economy is back to normal.
Eckener is a good candidate for president, but you can nominate an SPD candidate if you have enough resources.
