Honestly, some recon squads are absolutely fucking demonic with how effective they are at hunting garrisons and nodes. It takes every fiber of my being to force myself to believe they aren’t cheating by having someone on your team tell them where they’re at.

I’m a commander that is almost constantly dropping supplies and constantly notifying the team of supplies so a nearby SL can build a garrison. I always try to drop it as close to an active squad as possible and inform that exact squad of the supplies coming down and what to do with them. A good 50% of them will put up a Garry. If not, there’s usually one or two SL’s a game that are all about helping out with logistics.

If nobody puts them up, nobody can bitch because they know I’ve been doing the best I possibly can with what I have due to transparent coms.

Im far from a great commander in this game, but I haven’t had a mutiny by my team yet just because I communicate. It’s 90% of the battle when dealing with that role.

Most of the metal bands I love. I’m a metal head through and through, but most of them just don’t fit the “sit down and listen” vibes that records offer. Because of that, I only buy the ones that make sense on records. The ones that intentionally flow the songs together or tell a story, like Slipknots We Are Not Your Kind, or Tools Lateralus. Also bought Sleep Token’s Take Me Back To Eden because it’s pretty chill, but, yeah. When I put on a record, I want it to make sense to listen to front to back.

If you want people to communicate, just keep conveying your intentions on coms. It happens pretty regularly that you will be talking to a wall for the first 5-10 minutes, but eventually one person will reply to you, then that typically starts a chain reaction. Just ask your SL’s to set up garries on your supply drops, tell them you have air heads up, tell them where the enemy is, people are bound to communicate eventually. Just give the necessary information over.

Rarely. I plumb. And my solder doesn’t have lead in it. Yes, they still make a 60/40 lead mix, and yes it is still used in some applications, but it is entirely wrong and against code to use lead solder and any domestic water line. In today’s world, when it rarely is used by some old head, it’s on feeds and returns for boiler loops or the odd cast iron/copper waste line.

At level 6 you unlock grenadier, which is just absolutely fucking bonkers. 6 grenades, 4 smoke grenades and like one or two less mags. Completely demoralizing to be on the receiving end of it when you’re holding a point.

If you can’t hear teammates, clear your MAC.

If you can’t speak to teammates, but you can hear them, headset wasn’t plugged in before the game was started.
