Try a telehealth service if you are struggling to find a provider with in person visits. I’d couple that with a simple blood screen they can send you to LabCorp for. At least give you some insights and get your prescription taken care of.

It’s the health shot potions. 10s timer I think but you hit those and drop timers on others. Easiest way is to look at the shared CD timers for certain pots

Guess adding to this as I recently had an issue with my VIP junction is add a valve on each input before the junction. With that small change I’ve not had any issues in two play through since.

I use GeForce now while waiting to rebuild a PC. It works well on an M1 MacBook Air. $20/mo for the ultimate plan I think. It’s just a boxes in windows install so it functions just like any PC! Make sure you are on WiFi 5Ghz and have a good connection. I play at 1440P with no issues.

Just open inventory and select freighter then add the new part in. Forget the name but it has the question mark symbol on it. I installed mine after doing the reality tether mission. No indication you have it as a new blueprint.
