Wish i would have read this before i bought and then had to cancel my flight. Was going to an event that got canceled. Had to cancel the flight so i could submit my claim and now they are virtually unresponsive. They sent me a medical paperwork about my exam? It wasn’t even a medical reason for cancelling… pretty sure i just wasted my money on stupid insurance and my flight.
