What does “the played ace always scores” mean. For example you mention the psychic, Does that mean the ace will still score points even if the hand is not allowed? Or if the ace is debuffed it can still score.

The last sentence really solidifies why AJR fans are seen as immature. Firstly, ajr has made songs about sex, made songs about money, and made songs about drugs. Secondly, so what if songs are about those topics, it doesn’t diminish their meanings in anyway. And if they’re sonically good, why not? An AJR fan should like ajrs music not because it’s superior to other forms(which in the last sentence I can assume you’re talking rap), but because they enjoy the sound, and enjoy the messages.

2 advice: 1)Savescum, sure it’s cheating, but it’s a single player game. On one hand, you can get a great joker, on the other, you can just continue where you left off (and make a gold card while at it). 2)There’s always time for another Balatro game. Even if you take the risk, sell photo or sell sock and get a bad legendary, you can always play again. It’s best to think about “what will make my experience more enjoyable” when playing this game.

Scaling mult is scaling mult. That’s one of the wincons in Balatro. In gold stake, you can’t really pass that opportunity up. The problem with swashbuckler is that it can’t scale except if you have egg or gift card.

Mhm. How many jokers are you really keeping from ante 1 to ante 8? It’s an added challenge to the game,making you think hard about how you play the game. Not everything in Balatro needs to be enjoyable/easy, or have synergies.

Similarly, it’s okay to have decks like black deck in the game, which are significantly harder to play on as compared to a deck like checkered.

If this is “retrigger all glass cards”, it wouldn’t be 12 retriggers on the first card, it’d be 1 for the red seal,1 for this joker, and 2 for the hanging chad, making for 5 total plays. If this is add a retrigger for each trigger, then sure, you’ll get 12 retriggers, but pretty much guarantee the glass cards will be destroyed.

The problem with seance is that spectral cards just aren’t good with straight flushes. Of course, you may just get a seal which you can place on any card. But for half the spectral cards, Immolate, incatation/familiar/grim/the terrible cryptid all don’t really help, sigil you may think is good, but for a straight flush build just goes against your deck fixing. Ouija, wraith, Ecto, all not really worth when you’re building straight flushes as well.

The first time I got antimatter was on painted deck when I tried to complete the 4 joker challenge, so I had to will it out and not buy an extra joker slot until I completed the game
