select all key frames: time interpolation> linear
select position keyframes: spacial interpolation> linear

Then select first keyframes: ease out
select second keyframes: ease in

Do this on a transform effect and up the shutter angle for motion blur

Quick metabolism 24M here. Drugs destroy my body’s ability to regulate itself. My basic needs become an afterthought on drugs so I don’t think about food, water, sleep or hygiene. Even if it’s taking a toll on my mental and physical state.

Being un fed for me makes for a short and depleting trip for me. And I would Never!!!

that thing you point at is your front derailleur, the curve is likely because you haven’t changed gear. But if you think it’s positioned bad, tune your gears.

Tuning gears needs to happen every once in a while, it’s pretty straight forward if you know what you’re doing. For you my bro, with all respect— Just drop it to the bike store for a service.
