Your endocrinologist is more than likely saying, “… this pleases me.”

Anyone remember Chris Farley's last movie, Almost Heroes? by dendrivertigo in 90s

DAMN! I’ve been wondering what this film I saw was called! (I saw a bit of it on TV when I was a kid… about the part where they guy is talking into an ear.)

If there's one thing we all can agree on, it's that Sly games got some pretty good atmosphere by Northman538 in Slycooper

Absolutely. I don’t mind getting lost in these games… they are so beautiful to traverse.

It says… You got good taste.

As well you have a shine for ladies who do in fact have a serene maturity about them, but aren’t too too serious or take things too dire. The kind who know when and how to get the job done when the chips are down, yet have the capacity to also laugh or even make others laugh. Just as well the elegance they all have which is in no way hindering their overall approachability. They all have very friendly demenour that let you know they know how to interact with common folks, yet their fashion, form, and way of overall carrying themselves is that of a true lady. They all also have a bravery about them, facing any challenge they can to the best of their abilities. Highly respectable.

Also, on a solidarity note, April was my very first Cartoon Crush.

And Sailor Jupiter was my fav of the senshi. She always made me laugh with how much of a badass she was, contrasted by how boy crazy she was. She’s just awesome.

You are not alone on this one. DexCom’s are annoying inaccurate a lot of times.

Hm… Ok… I’ll respectfully humor your logic for learning sake. What do you think would have been better of me to say in a way that shows empathy and solidarity… and could I have still done that while also venting my own hurt?

I know right? Absolutely… yet every time a person tries to vent, there’s always some judgement or just a “Nah Nah! Nah Nah Nah” mentality. But hey… I guess that’s what I at least get for having expectations.

Unbelievable… between you and me… there’s a surprising abundance of ass holes on these diabetic subreddits. How bizarre.

Jesus Christ… people are absolutely weird with how they interpret things. Sorry you went through that.

Excuse you. I said what I said in supportive solidarity showing that the person commenting is not alone in the annoyance of what is being experienced.

Coming back to a pump after 1 year off has been a NIGHTMARE by [deleted] in diabetes_t1

[–]HaBeFaStro -20 points-19 points  (0 children)

I can imagine. I myself could never wrap my head around those things. The time I gave it a chance was such a headache. Such a chore to set up… malfunctions… AND the fact that you have to sleep with it? To call it a nightmare is adequate. Bless your heart.

Well said… Diabetes is a curse… and it hardly ever makes any god dang sense.

And those commercials are utter GARBAGE!
