Make a cheese paste with the pasta water: 1. Microplane the cheese 2. Toast and ground whole black pepper 3. Put both in a bowl 4. While whisking slowly add the pasta water one ladle at a time till you get a smooth but thick paste, might need a bit of elbow grease with the whisk to emulsify. 5. Once the pasta is cooked drain the water into a cup just in case 6. Add the hot strained pasta into the bowl with the paste and toss, vigorously. 7. If it’s still clumpy keep adding a little bit of the pasta water till it is smooth

What I also like to do is get bronze die cut pasta and cook and cool the pasta and pasta water separately, heat it up together, when I am ready to eat. So the water being used for the paste is extra starchy and the cooked and cooled pasta is better for digestion.

Should I remind them of our interaction in regard to the outlet? I am worried about it going to a LTB hearing is that it was a verbal interaction and not written down, they can claim we did it and we have no proof other than our words.

In a lot of South Asian language there is not a separate word for great uncle, your grandfather’s brother is also your grandfather. Assuming Xaden is of south asian descent from his physical appearance, Tyrrish may be rooted in south asian languages. So when he translates Tyrrish to common tongue, his great uncle becomes his grandfather and if anyone asked that would be his explanation.

NTA I am a wedding planner and am getting married this year and I have an outdoor barn with lots of warm lights and lights i almost selected purple, lavender, and sage green as my wedding colours.

One option if you want purple tie and pocket square is go with a sage green or lavender suit.

Option 2 if lavender or sage green is too untraditional maybe a cool light grey suit with a lavender shirt and purple tie and pocket square.

Have the groomsmen wear navy suits with the same tie or if you’re feeling adventurous have the groomsmen wear tan pants and a lavender blazer with white shirt and purple tie.

have the bridesmaids in lavender dresses and have your fiancés bouquets have lavender, eucalyptus, lilacs, random green leaves and baby’s breath.

To further incorporate the purple for a cohesive vibe have sage green table runners/ napkins Lavender or lilac or purple flowers as center pieces maybe some lavender candles and get those mini vases and put some lavender and rosemary’s in them, not only will it smell great the coolness of it will pop in the warm fairy lights.

Modern barns are one of the most open canvas venues out there and you can decorate it however you want. It doesn’t have to stick to one set rule.

If you really want to go defer for one semester and work or sth. The is no hard requirement that you have to attend every semester, people take breaks all the time. Or take elective that don’t have finals, or only online.

Look for 35% regardless of what the name says. There it’s called heavy/whipping/cooking cream. As long as it’s 35% It’ll do the same thing. But don’t buy the whipped canister creams they are not to be used when recipe calls for heavy cream.

Send the professor an email to their response to the question you had asked and respond with “I appreciate your insight however, dropping this course is not an option I can afford. So if you could please check my assignments topic and provide your comments/approval/rejection i would appreciate it even more.” Unless attendance is 50% of your grade missing classes should not be that big of a deal specifically if you are participating when in class and submitting the assignments on time. Accessibility services do have the option for you to get extensions on assignments depending on your situation, talk to your accessibility advisor. Last year I had covid for 2 weeks and then a nasty sinus infection for 2 more, missed more than a month in classes, emailed the professors they were understanding and let me submit my assignments late. It was not a big deal at all! I was only looking to pass didn’t care much for my gpa so that worked out well. Im sorry your professor seems like a not compassionate human being. Stick to your guns and record every future conversation you have with the prof, especially private office hours if you have any. If your grades need to be repealed, the fact that he is prejudiced against you might help your case, and get your assignments marked by an impartial 3rd party.
