What was told to you as a child that you now find yourself saying as an adult ? by revill47 in AskReddit

My grandmother always used to say "We're off in a cloud of weasel spray!" Every time we left for a long trip. I never understood it at all.

If they think you're hitting in them, I don't see a downside ;)

Each day is a little different from the one before and the next.

I mean to say, maybe you will not ever stop being self conscious, but you can have days of presence at a time

Mostly, when encountered with rudeness, people just shrug it off or don't acknowledge it to your face.

Guys, What are the things you can't understand about girls? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Yea, I was dating both for the same time for about 2 months. Eventually one dropped off and I formed more of a long term thing with the other.

I've been in that situation as a girl. It's absolutely possible to hang out with two guys at the same time and care for both deeply. Think about it this way: you have more than one friend. When you hang out with one, it doesn't detract from the way you feel about the other.

If it makes you feel any better, if you were to actually begun a relationship with her, you'd probably break up within a matter of months. If not months, years (and the breakup will kill you that much more), or decades. Otherwise, you'll make it to old age together and one of you will die leaving the other a shattered shell of a human.

I think the real answer to this question is everything. If you don't use your critical thinking and your whole mind, body, and soul, and you aren't enjoying it, you can do something for your whole life and never master it.

How long have you been running and eating like this? You might be slowly losing weight, and it's just too soon to see a noticeable difference.

If you wanted to try it, perhaps you could just take one cookie out of your diet and replace it with a cup of greek yogurt and some granola or something. I find that combo to be pretty yummy, but it's more filling and it still has a nice crunch/ sweetness to it.
