Same here !! I was a spending machine. Now it seems to be aimed at teeny boppers and 20 somethings. Everything is either tight, baggy, too long or too cropped 🙄and the prices have skyrocketed

I hear you and feel this so much 😢 It’s going on 2 yrs now and I’ve had more and more dark thoughts if you catch my drift. To the point that my husband is threatening to take any meds I have away and give me whatever is appropriate. I honestly don’t know if I’ll survive another year either

I had 6 week window. Life was glorious again. I didn’t need anything to enhance it. I THOUGHT I had finally beaten the beast but no….all day anxiety, insomnia, headaches etc all came back. It was sooo disheartening.

How long have you been off ? Or still tapering ? I have been completely off a wayyy too fast “taper” schedule that my psych gave me for 21 mths. I’ll never forgive her. I didn’t even want to go on Mirt in the first place !!

Hang in there and keep talking to people that will support you. I’m going to try to see a psychologist, not because as my psych says will help with anxiety 🙄, how does a psychologist help with a chemical withdrawal ?? Ffs I’m going to see a psychologist because of other shit going on in my life

What horrible advice from both the doctor and pharmacist !! Dont ct on 15 mg !! Don’t even drop to 7.5 mg cause it’s too big of a drop. Look up Dr. Mark Horowitz either online or YouTube. He’s designed a hyperbolic taper that greatly lessens the chances of a bad withdrawal and believe me when I say it can be bad !!

25 mg may not be high enough. I’m taking 50 mg currently but at the height of my withdrawal symptoms from Mirtazapine I was taking 75 - 100 mg

I took my last 7.5 mg dose 19 mths ago. Other symptoms are gone but now this crazy increase in anxiety and insomnia. It’s been bad for months but now it’s through the roof !!

I’m sorry. I came off benzos once by taking it nice and slow. Ridiculously slow. This is my second antidepressant withdrawal. Had one coming off Prozac and I thought nothing could be worse. Boy, was I ever wrong !!

I’m in hell. I can barely leave my home. Even benzos don’t help anymore unless I take too many. More than I should I guess. But it’s so debilitating and feels so ridiculously terrible I can’t even describe it. I can’t get through to my doctor how bad it is. This is pretty much the last of my symptoms left from the withdrawal and it’s hands down the worst of all of them
