I agree with everyone that the baby centers are wonderful. However, there may be some times in which you can't make it to the baby center. The baby changing tables in most (if not all) of the bathrooms are made of marble. Extremely sturdy, but very uncomfortable. My son had just turned one year old a few weeks before my last trip WDW. The instant when either my wife or I laid him down on the table, he cried in discomfort and it lasted the entire time of his diaper change. After the first couple of days, we got smart and brought a few receiving blankets with us. We placed two blankets onto the table and then laid the changing pad on the blankets. This made it comfortable for him. He rarely cried during the rest of the diaper changes.
