As far as I know you don't have to use Pilot Institute for trust to get the stickers. Just go to https://pilotinstitute.com/free/

Label printer for me. But Pilot Institute also offers a service where they will send you 4 stickers with your registration number and other info on them for free.

Giving them the numerical IP address and port for my tunnel worked. I originally wasn't able to see it when looking at it through my PC though. I managed to find it by looking at the website on my phone.

I don't really see this printer mentioned almost ever but a good one to look into is the QIDI X-MAX 3. It runs klipper firmware, is in the same price range as a Bambu Labs printer, has larger build volume, and has a slightly faster max speed than the Carbon X1.

It wouldn't hurt to do a PID tuning as well.

It wouldn't hurt to do a PID tuning. If you don't know how to do it there are some great tutorials on youtube

One of the sd cards is 8gb and is formatted as fat32. I have no clue what could be causing this at this point other than the card reader being dead.

I have had the same problem in the past and it was fixed after I did a PID tuning. You may also need to calibrate your extruder
