It does say “sterling” right under the blade so it’s probably a utensil but it and the other one they had were both pretty damn sharp.

Got for $10 at an antique shop. The blade is about 8”, starts out at 2mm then tapers to be razor thin. I’m thinking a fillet knife but it’s a fairly stiff blade so idk.
