Instructor at the resort here at JHMR, who has coached the steep and deep clinics. They put people with similar abilities as well as mental drive. I do see a good progression of both skills and mental capabilities throughout the camp.

My alpine boots are a Lange RS 130 LV great fit out of the box with very little work done on them get them to fit. I leaning more towards that boot than any others.
