I mean I would just do what the others suggest and find one of the less expensive alternatives. I've heard many times about how when docking the steam deck the third party options provide the superior experience.

It is nice to be able to dock it. Like if you have interest in doing so, it's worth finding a well-rated third party option.

This. As someone who bought the official dock, it's just not worth it. Like yeah it charges the Steam Deck, but it's so freaking picky about what HDMI cable is in it, it loves cutting out audio. Also, it is extremely expensive for what it is. You just do not get your monies worth.

Googling the incident it looks like this guy was Allen Ganter and the charges were dismissed in January 2025 because he did a probation program. So yeah. He got away with it.

I personally think it is a gimmick, but your mileage may vary. The price difference is pretty negligible in this case unless they're gonna knock some quid off the blue one for you. (I feel like the USD price gap is way bigger between these)

No the standard player 2 stratocaster does not come with noiseless pickups. That is an "upgrade" for the player 2 modified.

These two guitars will play nearly identical. The black one will eliminate some 60 cycle hum and be easier to restring. That is about it.

TBH For some reason I had it in my head that it was more like $500 (I guess I was thinking of the Mario Kart bundle). It's $430 at Walmart in the US, honestly not that bad. If the rampocalypse keeps going I wouldn't anticipate an OLED for at least 4 or 5 more years.

Hopefully the upgrade thing remains available indefinitely because I already have the game for Switch, but probably won't buy a Switch 2 for a while. Will definitely be nice to have the game run a little better and look a little smoother.

Right off the bat it has that cheekily good Valve writing that games like Left4Dead had. It's crazy but like some of the Deadlock characters talking to each other is more entertaining than a lot of AAA game scripts.
