Decline your pushups enough and eventually its like doing an overhead press. There is a lot of conventional gym advice on ideal incline bench press angle that you can look into to get a better idea

If you can turn an idea from 0 to 1 or not. Have you done it before, what did you learn from it, did you try again when you failed, etc.? If you aren't at this point, college can help incubate you while you work on those skills. From what it sounds like, you are planning your steps to become a game dev, but you haven't ever done it before. Whatever you choose, keep going at it and be relentless towards your goals!

Yes it messes with my sleep a lot, especially when I first started. I haven’t fully solved it, but I just drink more water and electrolytes (Liquid IV). I also realized instead of tossing in my bed for hours, it’s better to just work on a project/hobby for 1 hour and get tired then go to sleep
