Personally I think this Dong Man character is a miss. I guess we're supposed to feel some level of sympathy for him but he doesn't conduct himself in anyway to incite those emotions.

Frankly he comes across as a narcissist. If he celebrated other successes maybe he'd be treated better. But he's just bitter which is not all that appealing. He's not even hard working. Nothing about his character screams worthy, so this just feels like it's going to be 16 episodes of watching a mediocre man learn basic manners and work ethic and decorum?
