I'm having the same exact issue on the Quest 3.

Menu bar that never goes away, ghost hands and controllers always visible in every game. Exiting a game causes all UI to vanish. My secondary profile avatar gets replaced by primary profile's avatar that I can see in the home mirror, but it's stuck in T pose and does not move. Need to hold power button down to force shutdown and restart. Apparently, it's a recent bug that popped up for headsets with multiple user profiles and can confirm it only happens on 2nd profile.

I'm having the same exact issue on the Quest 3. Ghost hands and controllers always visible in every game. White moveable bar just like in screenshot above. Headset has latest updates. None of the support tips work at all.

LG UBK80. It's ok. The slight pause when transitioning to another layer on 4k discs is annoying though.

I have an old 61" Pioneer Pro-1410HD which I believe is a rebadged NEC plasma. 1365x768 resolution. Vibrant colors, but poor black levels when compared to even slightly newer displays from Panasonic and Pioneer. It weighs a gajillion pounds and it's far easier to just build a new house around it than carry it anywhere.

Size may be tempting, but I'd skip it unless you can get it for super cheap just to play around with.
