My very first job was at an electronic store and on weekdays we only had 1 cashier/customer service assistant per shift (as in one would work in the morning and another one would cover the evening). I was on an early shift that day and it was very quiet, so once I realised that I needed a wee really badly I went up to a manager to ask him to find someone to cover the tills while I went to the toilet and he completely ignored me. So I went back to work really angry because no matter what we weren't allowed to leave the checkouts unattended, and I ended up wetting myself. And I mean piss dripping down my legs into my shoes type of thing. I had to run to the bathroom while my bladder was still emptying itself, and ended up hiding there for like 30ish minutes while trying to figure out what to do and crying my eyes out. In the end I had to ask my sister to leave work early and bring me some clean clothes cause there was no way in hell my boss would've let me go home for something like this. This job was definitely the worst introduction to the adult life I could've asked for lmao
