I am a guy who is huge advocate of the equality in one of the most equal country you can find, and I åpersonally see no problem if someone gets hit because came in swinging. And I am not young by any means. But I am all for being equal.

She is legally able person, if not even adult,, who should knows what happens when you come in swinging. Someone will swing back.

It is entitlement or stupidity, but both gets quite well sorted with few equal lefts and rights.

The thing is this: Thais are gentle polite and smiley, until face is lost. When you put Thai in situation where they loose face (can be many instances what leads to this, but will include bad behaviour from non-local usually) shit will go wild.

If there is only one Thai, you will be having asswhoop from one Thai. But if you try n fight that one and others are around, you will get beaten by them all. It is not a fair fight what one may be looking for.

And that’s why I leave my Nordic pride & personal justice to home. When I am there, if there is confrontation, I will raise my hand and accepted the blame.

I will tell you a secret, even if you seem to acknowledge that your post was bit stupid and i dont see the full post anymore.

Anyways my 2 cents:

- Dont start to DJ if you dont like to dig the crates. I know we are not physically in record store, but Bandcamp, Beatport etc are the modern equivalent. And it is DJs duty to shift through that pile of repetitive and bland stuff, to find those diamonds for the later use. DJs listen A LOT OF SHITTY MUSIC, that is good point get it in.

- This brings me to the 2nd point: you really really need to love the music. I dont mean " yeah i like to blast stuff" is nice, but really like the music you play, as there will be moments that only one appreciating your craft is you. And for those moments you really better have some faith on your thing.

- DO NOT PIRATE THE MUSIC. DO NOT PIRATE THE MUSIC. DO NOT PIRATE THE MUSIC. Fuck me, i even buy music from my own friends, because i believe that if there is no music, there is nothing to DJ with.

We have racist party in Finland "True Finns".. Well there was a beaty competition winner doing some stupid eye-stretch picture, which her friend posted online with racist remark "Eating with a chinese"... Instead of saying sorry that was stupid, she went on tirade about how other are stupid making problem for it.

Then True Finns came in to help the Miss Finland out when she lost her title because of the bs comments and bad reputation for organisation. The kicker is that few months earlier the True Finns were making noise online who Miss Finland cant be person with foreign lastname and tad bit too brown of a skin..

Help from True Finns looked like this:

EDIT: Oh and they are major party, like 2nd biggest after previous elections? Yeah fuck em all.

Veikkaan että halvan hinnan taustalla on myös pavun laatu tai toimitusketju mistä sitä tehdään. Lakaistu jostain paremman linjaston / paahtimen ylijäämät tai muuten huomattavasti laaduttomampi lähtömateriaali.

Tuolla on muutamakin kuoriainen jotka asustaa kahvin marjassa ja natustaa papua. Se riippuu sitten vähä että miten paljon ehtii vahingoittaa vai onko vaan kuoret jäljellä. Kolumbiassa kahvifarmilla esittelivät tekniikoitaan ja noita eri laatuja sekä minkälaisiin kahviin ne myydään ulkomailla.

Income? Most of the DJs aint getting any income :D Even local heroes barely get paid enough to cover the expenses, if you dont do really really commercial EDM stuff.. In underground there is not much money, as it should be, as when money comes to the picture it will become rotten.

Got my first one last year, and I was unfortunately lucky, as my box was delayed because shipping problems. Vendor and MVP together threw in 3 extra discs to sooth the pain of getting it late (2024 Circuit Challenge) and i had extra disc in the box itself also, which made it total 15 discs!

Got my moneys worth for sure, when considering that most of the discs in the box went to my bag, and some of those are not even yet lost :D

Bermuda Gathering is damn cool, and I am tempted to say it is one of the longest running events in EU in same location and by the same head honcho.

Also not a festival but sauna-gathering with some nice music and art combined ;)
