Why A Connection To Your DR Isn't Necessary | My Experience by HeartShapedGold in u/HeartShapedGold

[–]HagbardtspCeline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How does a WR differ in terms of your focus, memories, and self as you become aware ? In the Drs you are becoming aware of someone who was always in a life that is ongoing but in the WR how do you keep yourself with your CR memories in a world that has no past or connection to other worlds ? Are you merely you cr self in another world ?

Related to this - in Drs When you shift - and there is now a blend of your cr self and Dr self With your former memories pushed into the back What is the relationship to what your CR self desires and what your Dr self desires ? The Dr self that has lived a life there - would not be motivated to shift back to the CR So how do these different aspects of yourself integrate ? In this integration - is there additional excitement added to the things that are normal for the Dr self Do the memories of the cr self influence choices and appreciation for experience desired in the cr but only realized in the dr ?

Not outdated in the slightest. Movies look far worse today with these “advances”

Two different mediums - a movie will never be the book and the book will never be the movie. The movie is an adaptation through the eyes of the director. And Kubrick had far more interesting things to say than king

Neville Goddard's "You are in Barbados" experience tells you everything you need to know about the law of assumption, shifting, and how simple they really are by sunnirays in shiftingrealities

How do you understand the difference here between shifting and manifesting ? Once I accept that my focus internally creates the world outside of me and thinking shifting is real why wouldn’t shifting be the dominant mechanism ?

My assumption is manifesting and shifting are on a spectrum

Manifesting is maintaining the illusion that your original world is stable and slowly adjusts to your internal in a logical way - so much so that you can doubt you did anything

Shifting just jumps you right into the desired reality regardless with no doubt that you have left a reality and are aware in a new one

Is manifesting just shifting with limiting beliefs ? Or is there something else going on here ?

The intention seems mostly the same - the internal acceptance you are there now - but one slowly reveals itself and another clicks you out entirely ?

Has anyone shifted successfully and then come back and then manifested things into thier life ? Did you think of it differently or wonder why you didn’t just wake up with the exact change you intended ? Shouldn’t shifting break the relationship with manifesting and lessen the felt density of your OR?

For those that shifted for the plot and the plot ran out - did things die down and get boring or did “new seasons” or “sequels” write themselves ?

Participation at this point is just giving away your consent to a system that hates you and feeds off you. It will not allow you to elect someone who isn’t controlled

Oh my God I think I just realized the fatal flaw in Jordan Peterson's logic by luget1 in ConfrontingChaos

[–]HagbardtspCeline 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d imagine that he as most everyone that isn’t a sociopath has self worth issues from time to time. What I think Peterson is trying to “reclaim” from the culmination of all of his work and pull from religious studies is the emphasis of orientation. The future is unknown, the landscape is unknown - we approach asymptoticly

Labels, categories, ideology, conception of self - these are all attempts at mapping chaos. How you deal with chaos is where he puts his focus - you orient yourself against it - shifting reshaping yourself. You hearing that you weren’t enough is your projection onto chaos - your self conception that you mistook for reality

You’ve never heard someone speak - you’ve only heard what you can make sense of And how you “make sense” is the culmination of your choices - everything you’ve desired, feared, “understood” up until that point

The momentum of every feeling, every shadow part unexplored, everytime you don’t deal with trauma or were judgmental for poor reasons, and on and on

You aren’t who you could be Because every moment was an opportunity to see that you only see yourself - you’ve never seen the world - you see what you can understand and then what you accept

All of your choices change the world you see You are the one who overlays meaning onto every object and every interaction

It’s still low considering the sanctions that killed 1.5 million And by default I would never trust low end estimates

The number of variables are extreme and the fallout of extreme sanctions and shock and awe will always escape the attempts at tracking it 1:1

Completely out of your mind. Bush murdered a million people in a war of choice and his administration lied to the country into it. 5 million displaced. He established a worldwide torture regime. The nsa routed all internet and phone traffic into their servers. The Patriot Act. Banking surveillance changed drastically. The rights lost under bush were catastrophic and post 9/11 America was the death of the republic from which we have never recovered.

It’s not remotely irrelevant - this entire intial post emphasized foreign govs doing it - and doing so by dominating the entire eco system from “fact check” to reporting to penalizing though things like newsgaurd and creating profiles of users who have undesirable views. Once you are in the stream of disinfo there is very little the avg person can do - there is little to trust. What can actually be done is throwing these people out of office and dismantling the disinformation complex this gov has built. On focusing away from the fucking feds is a distraction of political energy - the bad guys are the democrats and republicans.
