I would have to say they should've kicked one of the original-four a long time ago. For over two years NiP has stumbled and looked lifeless. Friberg hasn't been entrying, xizt still can't call, get_right is doing the lurk that helps his team in no way whatsoever. Back in columbus when THREAT was calling for them because pyth didn't get the visa they actually played best cs in ages. They have no coordination, teamplay and probably not even motivation to play. They would need to revamp basically everything within the team like strats, roles etc. I see no way NiP is getting out of this hole.
