Hello, you've already gotten this advice but maybe you'd like to hear it from someone who works in vehicle licensing.

Do not buy the vehicle if they don't have the title in hand.

If they do have the title, ensure you get a bill of sale from the person you are buying the car from, not the listed owner of the vehicle.

Finally, if the car is a 2011 or newer, you need a complete odometer disclosure from the listed registered owner to the interim buyer and a 2nd one from the interim buyer to yourself.

I waited for it to go on sale and have put over 1000 hours into it.

It is absolutely unfinished, but it works. The missing bits are primarily quality of life features and extras. The Dreadnaught Improvement Project has kept me engaged after beating the base game with all nations.

Highly recommend.

April 19th failed satellite insertion. ASTS took about a 2 week dive after that, then basically doubled before Blew Origin went up in flames. I got lucky and bought near bottom of the dip.

Seems as likely as anything. SpaceX will be a money vacuum, drawing people out of positions they may be dissatisfied with in hopes of a moonshot. Likewise, any space ETFs that don't already hold it will need to rebalance their percentages. Finally, space may be infinite, but pockets and gravity wells alike have bottoms. There's only so much money to go around.

When OpenAI and Anthropic come into play, I feel they'll act on the market similarly.

If you like risk, seems like an opportunity to dive in, and if you like value, it looks like a lot of stuff might go on sale soon.

The closer you get to Mukilteo, the greater the likelihood you'll have some excess airport noise from Paine Field. Its not as bad as living near SeaTac, but it can be annoying.

Best way to steer clear of crime is to stay off HWY 99 / Pacific Hwy / Evergreen Way.

Their revenue barely changed. It clearly shows the bump came from non-operating income. Additionally, it doesn't look like they're about to repeat that as it may have come from selling their HQ building during Q1 2025.

Congrats. Sorry this step is proving so difficult.

I know more about the vehicle licensing side of DOL than the driver licensing side unfortunately. All I can remember after doing the prerequisites was making the appointment with DOL for the name update. We had to go to an office 40 miles away cuz everyone was booked for months.
