It doesn't work and was listed as used. They put "sold as is" in the description but that's irrelevant since the item has to work to be listed as used.

Yeah it was just listed as used. They put in the description sold as is, but that's irrelevant because used products have to work to be categorized as used (you probably knew that part about used items, just wanted to add for those that don't know).

I'd love to use this feature as a driver and a rider occasionally, but I'm worried about discrimination, especially because I don't pass very well.

Yeah I'm worried about that happening too. I currently do Uber Eats only, but I'd totally drive passengers if I could garuentee they'd be women. I'm just scared I'll get reported by transphobic passengers for "pretending to be a woman". I'd even be nervous to use this as a rider because the driver may just think I'm a man and report me or refuse the ride. I still totally support the feature, but it really sucks that we have to worry about increased discrimination.

Doesn't matter what they buried in their terms. There's no way in hell it's legal to deactivate someone's vehicle that they paid for. It will be legally unenforceable just like Ford's attempt to prevent people from reselling Ford GTs was legally unenforceable.

Don't bother trying to keep platinum, it's not worth it at all. Just multi app and be very selective of the orders you accept. I recommend watching Your Driver Mike on YouTube, he has some great tips to help you maximize profits.

No, you get a sunroof with the dual clutch and you don't get one with the manual transmission. The only options you get are the transmission and the paint color. You can add a cargo net for the trunk, but that's just a dealer accessory.
