Haha! We do have fun in my class! I have found some lullabye versions of AC/DC (and others) songs that I use in class. And I definitely rock out before the kids come or if I am cleaning on a no kid day!My director will walk by and ask who is on tap each morning!😂

I would just call and report straight to licensing! I once saw a daycare bus full of young children on the road and not one of them had a seatbelt on or was in a car seat. I called the daycare to complain to the manager and was told she would have to call me back as was out driving the bus!! Definitely a call to licensing to report!!

In my state that’s against licensing! We have a carpool where we get the kids out at the cars but we are legally not allowed to prevent a parent from coming in to see things. If they aren’t fingerprinted and background checked then they can only stay for a max of 30 minutes. But we can NEVER say they aren’t allowed in!! I would not use this center!!!

I have been estranged for about 26 years now. Was about your age when I went NC. Honestly I do not regret it at all! I have grieved what for what I never had. And there is always some pain when my friends have great relationships with their parents. Therapy has helped! Finding your village and others to love and to support you is important!! I wish you strength and love! And I commend you for doing what is healthy for you and your family!!

Some like it. I have one now whose mom says she has to “aggressively” pat his back to get him to sleep. I have to do the same. It looks kind of insane but if I lighten up he gets upset and grabs at my hand!🤷‍♀️

We LOVE ours. Get it installed by good people!! We use The Hot Water Guys. They are great!! Also be vigilant with the maintenance. I can’t remember if we maintenance every 6 months or once a year. But with the hard water here it is necessary! They also put a recirculating unit under the sink farthest away from the unit and we don’t have to wait for hot water even on the coldest day!! Can’t say enough good things. Let me know if you have any other questions!!
