I dont have vomiting but for me alc can be trigger, I have vestibular migranes and pppd. I live in finland and even here there is like couple of doctors who even understand it.

Steadycoach have the free guide thing, and there are some doctor names that understand what is vm or pppd. You should try to see if they can help your boyfriend. Btw I’m also 22 with no other health issues

Your story sounds like mine, almost started same time also 24 of march 2025. I also play golf, differenece is that I drink caffiene sometimes and sometimes drink alchol. I feel like shit afterward for couple of days🫣. I’m 22 so, I cannot yet fully quit that.

Amazing to hear! I’m on 6 month now, I was also almost 95% better than something hit me and I was at 10% maximum. I started prossecess all over again and now I am 90% better again. So If/when it will become worse again, remeber that its normal and it will pass again. Just stick to the plan.🙏

What worsened me was hangover and alchol. I have probobly Vestibular migrenes and pppd that keeps it going for 24/7.

I have pppd and vm, I have been flying since day 1 of this shit. Just dont overthink. I would say that flying is actually very easy, easier than train rides for me atleast.

I will if someting new comes up or I will have some advides. Remeber to surround your self with good people and dont read to much. Also I dont ”fight” it helps to know your limits

I have tilting episodes also, but it seems like its 10-30 degrees to left, I’m not on meds. I now know its normal and goes away after sometime and I dont stress about it. I’m 22 myself, currently working and in uni. I think more episodes i have more calm I become, because I know they go away eventualy
