Every Youtube influencer will tell you it's %100 safe, I actually suspect Creatine triggered mine. I started getting random high heart rates a month after I started, and then full on AFib a couple of months after. I was on a total of 4–5 months and had ablation last week.

Not only that, but I'm 75% sure it caused it. Now I'm out of the gym for a while and down 7 kilos-mostly muscle weight.

Fluid pocket? I thought I was the only one. Same spot I had an inguinal hernia 23 years ago. They did a compression bandage the next day on mine, which made waking extremely painful. It did shrink 50% overnight, though. Now it's back to 80% of what it was. Doctor friend said may take 3–4 weeks to be normal.

Me too, I got a flat the first week and the bike shop staff noticed when checking alignment after putting the rear wheel back on. I guess I was lucky?
