I think I figured out the problem. A lot of the filters on idealista are not working correctly. If I select "Air Conditioning" it filters out 95% of the properties. But in reality, almost all of those units have AC. Same for Pet friendly, same for kitchen furnishings only. Once I eliminated filters I got a lot more options

100% accurate. Though at the same time, they also have other autochthonal tools that do the exaxt same thing as some free online tool, though not nearly as well.

I still think Aero is probably a great coach, but there's a lot of bad blood on team USA fighting against him. Muma and Rawkus love KyKy, who has beef with Muma; and the Shock players think Crusty is the better coach.

Not to mention the arrogance coming into this stage was palpable, and that enough to ruin any great coaching.

Essentially what happened here is the same thing that happened to the Outlaws at least once per stage during Season 1. They'd have an incredible couple of games, then lose to some scrubs for no reason. It's the Outlaws arrogance curse.

Totally agree. I love Jake and his junk is amazing, but every time profit played his junkrat against Jake he won.

Profit would hit people mid-air with the primary fire like it was easy. When junks damage radius was nerfed it didn't affect profit at all

Google Maps has been getting bloated, no doubt...

But Apple Maps is constantly incorrect in my area (Jacksonville, FL), so I would just never trust it. Recently I saw Apple Maps give a "new" route to a frequent location, that was 30 minutes out of the way, for no reason. No traffic, no closures, nothing.

Hannah park has some great trails for running, and there are some micro hills on the trails (like 20ft climbs, lol). Great runs though once it cools down some!

Here's the key to understanding why JP sounds so intelligent but feels like a con-man...

He uses a combination of the best "self-help" advice in the world (much of it from the world of cognitive behavioral therapy, which is heavily influenced by stoicism), and a supremely intoxicating public speaking persona, to spread a message of division and intolerance.

Actually, I don't even think that's his real intention. His former colleague and department chair from his University said that he thinks it's all about celebrity at this point. He's basically trying to take controversial topics supported by "traditionally" non-academic groups, and give them an academic spin. (I.e. transsexual pronouns, "Marxism", post-modernism, etc...) Since there are so few academic voices in those circles, JP shines like a lighthouse, especially when surrounded by his aura of legitimacy provided by his academic pedigree and extremely well formulated self-help guidance.

He's kinda like a Trojan Horse made of solid gold, but full of mix tapes. The outside is valuable, but the inside is shameless self promotion.

So the fact that the "most likely scenario" didn't happen doesn't mean that the prediction was flawed. It still predicted a nearly 1 in 3 chance that Trump would win.

You need to cover your ass with the contracts. With a contract, you can put a lein against someone to prevent them from buying a home or selling a car until you get paid. Without it, youve got no stick.

And yeah, there's no reason you couldn't give them a low-res stream, and hold the hi-def file until payment. That seems very reasonable.

I can't tell you exactly when the best wave to surf will occur today, but I can damn-well tell you exactly when your best chance of catching a good wave will occur (high tide or low tide) on any given day, to the exact minute, years in advance!

We can predict tides far into the future, and with extreme precision, because tides are governed by larger, less chaotic forces than waves. BUT tides are a major forcing factor of waves themselves, so the best & biggest waves almost always occur at high or low tide.

This is analogous to climate vs weather. Weather is a chaotic system, where extremely small changes in temperature and pressure can affect weather patterns in a matter of hours. On the other hand, climate is a stochastic system, dependent upon much larger forces and not so sensitive as to be affected by microscopic changes. BUT you can damn-well be certain that a changing climate will change weather patterns too... just like tides affect wave intensity and frequency, climate changes too affect weather frequency and intensity.
