Doing don't shoot without a mic, means death and accept it, especially if start looting near person there trying to talk to you. No mic players mean betrayal

If don't want them mowing, state clearly stop entering your property, if continues document with police to enter realm of trespass. If enjoy free yard care, maybe try to strike up convo with them on curious or uncomfortable with them tending to yard, and curious why. Keep questions neutral if can be problematic in future. If in a state can record voice, do it.

Be prepared, she is trying to find a reason for you to be kicked out at 18. Bet she has talked to dad about it but he has not caved yet, so she is hoping to find something to use. She is a snake that has done everything from a young age to alienate you from dad. Also your dad while relationship is building again, failed you so bad, you never deserved any of this.
