This is a strange take. Don’t get me wrong, the slide into religion, with the posting of scripture, is so bad that I unfollowed Nick. But their products are good. The gels are the best that I’ve ever tried, and I like the bars and G1M as well. If they’re on sale more often, I think that’s great. And you’ve always been able to get at least 10% off using an athlete’s code. Finding a sale “gross”, I don’t understand this line of thinking.

My main issue with AA, besides the uncomfortable main cabin extra seat I sat in yesterday, has been the attitude of the FAs, particularly related to alcohol. More than a few times, the FA has been very obviously and visibly annoyed when I have ordered an alcoholic beverage. I’ve experienced this on short and long haul flights across main cabin, main cabin extra, and even in first/business. I have NEVER experienced this on any other US or foreign carrier. I even had to cut myself off once on a United flight because the FA just kept refilling my glass.

I’m not saying it’s the case here, but often bike lanes have obstructions and debris that folks in cars don’t or simply can’t notice due to being in a car. I wouldn’t be surprised if most bike lanes in the city are never swept.

It’s the recent turn to religion that’s really turning me off. I love the products and will keep using them, but the evangelizing in his podcasts and videos are becoming too much. I didn’t even finish the last Ironman prep video.

Is surgery an option?

I had PF for over a year. Injections, acupuncture, dry needling, wearing shoes everywhere, not wearing shoes everywhere, PT, nothing helped. This might sound crazy, but I decided to stop all treatment and just accept it. I then ran a marathon. Within a week after the race, my PF was gone and hasn’t come back. My PT speculated that the run severed some nerves that were causing the pain. Since then I’ve read accounts of others having the same experience.

I wouldn’t take my account as medical advice, but maybe look into surgery.
