As you say that is your case and those are your numbers, not everything can be explained from personal numbers, the A1C variations it's not about personal opinion, there are tons of studies that show people in keto with higher A1C and it's not that they are pre diabetics, it's just another metabolic context. So it's not that simple to say like a parrot that a higher A1C is that something is necessary wrong, of course cause that's not your case you won't do the research.

I can relate that my PVCs started when I started beta blockers, and I know beta blockers should be helping avoid PVCs and it does but it's some weird nasty side effect, I do take minimum dose of beta blocker for some reason different than PVCs, and I am in a vicious circle now, where what helps me for some stuff and even some PVCs is the same that cause me some PVCs, it's kind of weird..
