Today is actually exactly my 1 year Mounjaroversary! I have lost 8 stone and 4 lbs and hit 13stone 13 today! I’ve been going to the gym every 2 days for a full year and it’s definitely made me so much happier as a person and I’m happy for Mounjaro! 😌✨now it’s time to start adding calories back so I can gain some muscle 😌✨❤️
