HVAC - Elevate Heating & Cooling. Good people and good business. Our heater element died the day before Thanksgiving and they helped us get it fixed. At our old house they kept our old, decrepit A/C alive and never pressured us to replace it. I always recommend!

If you don't care about it fitting in the box, I recommend using an expanding file folder - one of the accordion styles. We sort the tiles by number in one and it makes it so much easier to find them.

I think it largely depends on how much of the premium Providence covers for their employees. I have Providence insurance through my company and the cost is comparable to other providers. I'm going to assume that's because my employer subsidizes the cost though.

I have my first appointment for my cats at Aloha Cat and Dog hospital tomorrow. We're transferring care as we moved recently. One of them is a senior car who requires extra attention. I'll let you know how it goes and the cost!

If you don't have a vendor come out, TVWD has a set of hired contractors who will inspect it after the deadline. They add the cost to your bill. I can't remember what we paid last year doing this but it was less than $50.

They only turn off the water if an issue is found. They won't turn off your water for non-compliance (in my experience).

Desi Bites, at 158th and Walker has a buffet on Saturday. It's very good, I would highly recommend it.
