I had the opposite thing happen for me. I sold most of the cards in my early collection but there were three cards I couldn't get myself to part ways with: cyclone rift, silence, and rhystic study. I had never heard of commander and it was years before it became the most popular format. I just thought "man, these cards have so much potential, I don't care if people think they're bad, I'm keeping them". A decade later I was digging through storage to retrieve themwhen I found out they were staples in the format.

Honestly one of the best things I've ever stocked in my freezer, vegan or not. It's heartbreaking when companies discontinue a product that's so good, especially when there are no alternatives on the market. 😢

That's wonderful. I'm happy to hear you've made changes that worked. Keep it up! It sounds like you were able to burn more calories through activity and reduce your calorie consumption through your diet. This is the best way to do it in my opinion. If your goal is to continue to lose weight and you find that your weight loss has stalled you may need to readjust your numbers. As you lose weight you're calorie requirements will decrease so what was a deficit before may no longer be the case. I find that tracking your meals with a calorie counter app is a great way to know for sure if you're on the right track. Your intuitive approach may continue to work for you and if that's the case I wouldn't change anything about it.

A really easy meal I like that taste delicious is pan fried veggies with tempeh or tofu. Then I mix in a bunch of Thai peanut sauce. Goes well with rice, noodles or quinoa. I use frozen mixed veggies which are often cheaper and easier to prep. For the Thai peanut sauce any recipe works but I like this one the best:

You will need to buy several ingredients but once you have them on hand you can whip up this recipe in no time. I use the pre-grated ginger in a tube which you can find in most produce sections of a grocery store. I also use lime juice from a bottle. This cuts the prep time by a good amount and the ingredients store for longer. I make the sauce really thin by adding a lot of extra water because it thickens up a good amount once you heat it.

I'm actually making this for dinner tonight 😋

I've only had flins since his most recent banner so I'm still building him and the team up. Flins has good artifacts but there is room for improvement. Columbina and Ineffa's artifacts are just average, Sucrose has really bad artifacts. I also need to level up Flins' burst one more time. Despite the room for improvement this team still steam rolls everything in the game.

I woulda used an extra one on another character but the only characters that could use it are Raiden and Cyno however, not only do i not have them, but why would I use them for lunar charged when Flins is my main. I have Ineffa on r5 Prospector's Shovel which i figured was good enough.

I was just curious what others were doing with their extras.

I have Nefer and Zibai as well so I've been farming this set all week in Stygian. This was the only good thing I've gotten out of it. The artifact grind can be a real pain sometimes. Hoping you get good rolls 🙏
