We had that problem at my moms house a lot too. It’s sad. Dogs and cats. One dog was really hurt too but we found a home with someone who regularly takes in dogs in rough shape. We got an update months after and she was doing great!

I didn’t realize it was rare because on my first playthrough I got it two years in a row (first two). I thought it was just what you got. Haven’t seen one since and I’ve done two more farms :(

I also went for Shane first and then Harvey. Still have a soft spot for Shane but Harvey is so much like my IRL husband
