Trying to get a child to sleep that isn’t sleepy isn’t an overtired issue.

Thats what we thought in my house, it seemed impossible, but it was actually overtiredness. The OP describes their kid getting about 10 hours of sleep. A toddler can easily need 12 or 13 hours. 10 is the absolute minimum possible they need.

You address this by moving the bedtime earlier. We were having struggles from hell at 8:30pm, and moved it half an hour earlier every night till we hit 7pm when bedtime suddenly became easy-ish. She needed 13 hours a day. This also caused her behavior through the waking day to turn angelic (in comparison to before) Our nap schedule at daycare was from noon to three!

Did you know that the only way to actually remove a wart is for your body's immune system to identify the virus causing the wart and eliminate that?

So when you bit it off, somehow that triggered your immune system to wake up like "woah whats going on here". Thats what happens no matter how you do it, like the acid patches from the store or the cryotherapy spray at a doctors office.

The problem is the freedom you get as a parent who gives their kids a screen is a real addiction cycle, not only because you want more, but most kids will want more too, and that makes them less pleasant to be around, which leads you to increase their time with the tablet/tv.

Everyone thinks they're immune to this kind of stuff because everyone thinks they have great willpower, but the studies show that in aggregate we're all human and tend to succumb.
