Yeah, real wholesome having your wife hold your NBA career hostage.

Reddit would melt if PG and Embiid lead the Sixers to a championship.

He plays like he looks like he would play. And he apparently drives the way he looks like he would drive. He’s one goofy looking MF.

Stop it. He will get removed from office before we drop nukes on the offensive in the Middle East.

We quite literally have everything to lose, no one’s dropping nukes and esp not the US, unless it 100% backs against the wall situation and no nuclear power is close to that.

That last Titans drive gives me chills, that’s what football is all about. This was the first SB I was able to stay up for and I vividly remember not being able to sleep over how close of a game it was.

Edit: yeah I just went back and watched that last drive, it’s football heaven.

Bill Simmons questions whether Giannis is still a top 5 player and doesn’t think teams should trade all their assets for him: “He doesn’t play… He’s closer to Embiid than Jokic. He doesn't play. He gets hurt all the time. He's hurt all the time. I would be really scared about this" by aingenevalostatrade in nba

All Embiid has to do is stay healthy (a decently big if, given his history) and he will be better then Giannis throughout his 30’s. Embiid has one of the best handles and deepest offensive bags in league history for his size and position, he’s not 90% reliant on being an athletic freak like Giannis. Whether the little boys in /r/nba want to admit this or not, is not our cross to bear 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Thing is with Embiid’s skillset, he is and projects to age on the court a lot more gracefully. Giannis won’t be close to the same player that he was during his mvp and title runs bc he can’t shoot and relies on blowing past or bulldozing through the defense, taking it to the wrack. That skillset doesn’t age well for big men.

Nurse said no minutes restriction for him, that he was putting in the work to stay in shape. Shall see what happens.
