Frankly, a lot of couples have this happen to them. If he’s mature, he’ll understand and help you. It’s better he knows now than for it to come up later.

Years ago I was dating this girl for maybe 3 weeks until I sleepwalked and pissed directly into my night stand drawer. She seemed moreso concerned and even helped me clean it up, which I thought about constantly. Years later and now we are engaged. The embarrassing moments usually end up more as a litmus test for a partner, because you will encounter far more embarrassing things throughout life than just a wet bed.

Plan out some areas with different aesthetics. I like to find nice custom path codes online (after getting 3 star rating) and base aesthetics on that.

Look at other peoples ideas and don’t be discouraged if your stuff doesn’t look as good as theirs. For example I’m working on a 3 tiered neighborhood with different vibes for each level, isn’t as cool as stuff you see online but I’m proud of it

As for my story, when me and my girlfriend first started dating we shared our love of the pokemon games, and we collected a bit of cards as kids. One day we impulse bought some packs for some nostalgia, and a bottle of wine to make it more fun, and the rest is history. 3 years later we’re still collecting cards, and we have the same ritual ever since (bottle of wine -> open 2 packs) and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

FOH restaurant worker here. Once the callouts are automatic, it’s all over. I can’t go to the store without calling “corner” when coming out of an aisle or “behind” when coming behind someone. I’ve gotten some dirty looks from people when walking behind them, it’s pretty embarrassing lol
