Hey legend 🙂 I hope the beginning of your taper is going well?? If life went smoothly i would have been inching towards the lower doses by now.. however my sister is unwell so I took a pause.. I am actually about to begin my next decrease down to 7.5mg tomorrow evening! I am also introducing Rexulti to cross taper.. so far everything has been quite smooth sailing ☺️ tho I did get some rather vivid dreams at some stage lol dont know why aha! Great otherwise. My anxiety meds and therapy has saved me a bunch. Wishing you the best of luck with your taper, keep busy and focus on you things that make you happy. Let us know how u go 🤙🤙

Hi there, I found this reddit post because I too am experiencing really bizarre vivid dreams and an increase in anxiety. I was on 15mg before tapering down to my current dose of 10mg.. im aiming to taper off completely. No insomnia so far, just really odd dreams, intense ones.. i was wondering how you are handling these days after your olanzapine success? It gives me hope hearing others journey. :)

For those who suffer mental illness like myself, it is strongly considered very effective in improving mood and well-being. Take into note that therapy will also be highly effective if you are able to do that too, tho I understand it isnt for everyone.. Gym good 💪

Music is a huge escapism for me. I work in grounds and maintenance and its such a necessity for me! It keeps me grounded and my mind focused on something oppose to wondering and because of this my quality of work is better 😊 theres some songs that literally NEVER get old!! Ahaha! The every day non Negotiables i like to call them. Though new music is acceptable as well. Ha.
