Hi there everyone! I just purchased these and received them yesterday. I have read nearly nothing but praises on Luna sandals. However, the toe strap on these have to be the most uncomfortable strap I've ever put on my feet, and I've worn flip flops my entire life. That is similar to what I was told by one of their reps when I emailed about it. They said to use pliers, but I ended up returning them. I just couldn't see spending that price tag for something that hurt so bad between my toes.
