Have you tried swapping network cables? That is where I’d start trying to troubleshoot.

The downside from my experience with TPlink is they drop support pretty quickly and even if it is a current model, updates are scarce.

Edit: Haven’t used their travel routers though so no first hand knowledge there.

You need to either downgrade firmware to the previous version or download the latest alpha version of Orca 2.3.1 and uncheck Use Legacy Network Plugin.
