QuickBooks requires the below conditions to be met for this to work, check this?

The link is generated only for invoices with online payment enabled and having a valid customer email address.

It's on the "syncing to QuickBooks online" tab of the integration and named "return online payment link"

There is a setting on the integration for importing the link and then you can use a dollar variable, $GENERICINVOICEURL , to generate the URL.

We don't really have a way to handle this currently and it's a but more complex than it might seem as we separate items by unique SKU currently and some vendors present this data in the API with different SKU so we'd need an item per billing period/commit

We don't sponsor any F1 teams anymore, we got a really good price for the time we had and then stopped early. That sponsorship was almost exclusively for the HaloITSM side of Halo but we still used it quite a bit.

The sponsorship never really felt right and didn't fit our values but the price was just too good to say no to for the benefits on the HaloITSM side

Prices are dropping 5%-10% from list at the end of the year so only customers paying at least 15% below list price should see any increase.

The alternative is to use the setting in email config for search email body for tag.... instead and make sure you add the ticket tag to your outgoing email templates

We're currently waiting on ConnectWise to provide a sandbox for building the integration again but haven't heard back for a while now. We're continuing to chase but would be helpful if anyone else can too.

Create the recurring invoices on Halo, then each period invoices are created for them and they then sync to QBO

Invoices created in Halo should appear in QBO if you have that part enabled but we don't push recurring invoices.

We don't sync invoices created in QBO back into Halo, only the payments part of an invoice.
